The letter to the editor states that the cafeteria should be renevated.
The woman disagrees with the editor because she doesn't think that it is the cafeteria which should be renevated. First, she thinks that the cafeteria isn't the only place for dining. For example, the woman herself eats outdoors on sunny days.
She wants to say that the cafeteria isn't the only place to eat. People could eat anywhere they want. The cafeteria isn't the only place to eat. In addition she says that there is no room to study in the library. So she wants to say that instead of increasing the seats for eating, she thinks that the library should be renevated for more studying places.

Dictation:

I totally disagree with the statement, ' Cellphones should be prohibited in public areas. ' I have to reasons that will backup my opinion.
First, you can use silent mode in public areas. How do you use silent mode?
You just have to press the star button that is on the left bottom(I said right bottom on the recording. Sorry) for 1 second and whenever a call or message comes, only a small vibration will alert you.
The second reason is because if your cellphone is prohibited in public areas, what's going to happen if urgent calls come such as your kid's dieng or your wife has got a car crash? That will be terrible. Think about it if a call came like that.
So for conclusion, those two reasons, silent mode and urgent stuff are the reasons why I think cellphones should'nt be prohibited in public areas.

Dictation:
Have you ever had a situation that you needed to call for help? Well, I did.
If you did, why did you call for help? I called for help because I was in a situation that was very dificult for me to solve alone.
The first reason I called for help is because... It's obvious, isn't it?
It was difficult for me to solve alone. Here is an example, when I was young, I smashed my head on the wall, so my eyebrow ripped up and blood was flowing out of me
and I was goeing crazy. I tried to clean the blood myself, but the blood would'nt stop, so that I had to for aid to my parents. Of course, my parents helped me and I got well.
The second reason I called for help is because when the person that is helping me is a friend, a true friend I call for aid to that person cause I know by heart that I can trust them. Here is an example, 2 years ago I had my life on the line, in total jeopardy so I was about to die. I called for help to my best friends and they didn't let me down. Together we overcame the problem. This isn't FAKE. So, these are the two reasons why I called for help. The result for calling for help is never bad. Sometimes there might be bad endings but, mostly they are happy endings.

Sorry it was really long.
I'll do better next time.
